I think I figured out how the rankings work. If you move to the same rank as someone else who was already there they are ranked ahead of you UNLESS they are an inactive member (no WU's received in x amount of time) then they are placed behind you. i.e. JeepZJ just moved up and tied Ultra(inactive) at 1089 WU's but Jeep is ranked ahead of him.

OK I get it ! I did not intially understand how the rankings worked when you had the same WU total. Thank for info...
