I was wondering if there is any better emplacement to place the T-line? Would it be a problem if I put it between the outlet of my 1250 and my TC-4 Rev2?

I know some people put it between the inlet and the rad...but I'll use bigger tubing there and I didn't wanted to cause restriction with a smaller 1/2 inch T-line...

I actually think it matters little as far as normal operation is concerned, other than having an added restriction right at the pump inlet as you stated.

However- for filling and bleeding purposes, I think it best to have the Tee line placed at the highest point in the loop you can.

This makes it easier for water to fill the system in the first place, and easier to bleed all the air out as well.
