Hi all

Here is my question. Im too cheap to go and buy a water block so here it goes I have my pump and my water block is just about done being lapped so what designe should i use for the water channels in it and whats a good but cheap rad(heater core) to use? I know there has been threads in here on it but i cant find them.

Use the design for the white water. I was in the same boat as you and i got away with using a drill press with a milling bit and a black and decker RTX rotary tool to cut the channels. The waterblock works great!

If you want a cheap rad go get a chevette heatercore from an auto wrecker. Dirt cheap and does a good job too.
