Question SLK947 and NF7

Thermalright says this HS does not fit on the Rev2.0 but I've seen a few sigs with NF7 users using this....does anyone use this combo? I've got an NF7 on the way and need to know if I need to trade this out with someone for an 800 or 900...thanks all.....

I don't know why they don't have the NF7-S rev.2 on their compatible list. Mine fits perfectly with no mods.

"with no mods" sort of answers that. I assume he just stuck it on there.

I remember hasing to dremmel off the sides of the AX7 to make it fit on most boards.

I miss that heatsink though.

I think he was refering to the AX7, and he was righ that I have done no modifications to it to get it to fit.

I'm now hearing that you might have to cut off part of the back plate.
