home pna to ethernet?

I need to connect two computers together to copy some files.. one of the computers has a home-pna adapter and one has a 'normal' ethernet card..

Is it possible to connect these two with a rj-45 cable..

I have lot's of experience in networking but I haven't ever had anything to do with these home-pna adapters

so any help is good.. thanks
