pc chips lottery/whats my clock gen ?

Hi I want to udate my bios. It is an old m805lr pc chips heap of stuff .. anyway gripes aside I get me to the page eventualy and there is a list of bios updates.
For this model number there are two different versions. They are related to the clock speed. I wondered how I could find out what MY clock speed was, which update to d/l
I have run Sandra and it does not give me any info pertaining to the clock gen.. the current bios is version 6.1 I believe. It is over three yrs old anyway..
Also Sandra recomends that I upgrade my vga card bios if possible. How would I do that.

don't flash the video bios...
as for the mobo's bios
i can't find the product model number on pcchips' site

Yup I prob would leave the card as it is fine as it is,,, the pc chips site is notorious for being sloppy,,, the bios is located here http://www.pcchips.com.tw/BIOS.html

Download CPUZ, or just look in your BIOS for clock speed.
