2600+ xp-m PROBLEMS

i just recived my 2600+ xp-m from newegg today. i put it in and cleared cmos and hit the button. it posted and i went into bios and set it up at about 2.5G(1.85cvolt) and booted to windows benchmarks alittle and them primed. it passed 15 mins, and then i decided to stop it and turn it up some more. i increased my muliplier and rebooted..... it posted then froze..... and then i shut it off and cleared cmos.....and now after clearing cmos when i go to boot and press DEL to get into bios it goed and then it just freezes. and when i push a key on the keyboard it does the BEEP<BEEP<BEEP<BEEP thing while i hold any key down.....

nevermined guys i got it....its been so long i forgot what to do..i had to reset my ram
