Browser Hijacker

Something installed itself on my computer so I ran CWShredder which usually doesn the trick but for some reason I am still getting advertisements for homepages and all sorts of junk bookmarks. How do I get rid of this? I am unable to start Kazaa anymore either, it just locks up on me.

you sure it wasnt a java script trojan/virus besides just browser hijacker...kind of sounds like it if Kazaa isnt working anymore...

Might want to try a virus scan...or a online virus scan...

I reinstalled Kazaa, same problem.
