cant enable hibernation mode?

cant enable hibernation mode?


whenever i try to enable hibernation, it wont do it and gives me some error about atapi.sys still running? any ideas? Ive searched and searched and am pretty literate myself in XP, but cant figure this one out.

try using the ctrl key when shutting down
