KV7 vs NF7-S

Hi Guys,
I have been doing a lot of research on what motherboard to buy. I have settled on Athlon XP 2500+ Mobile processor. Now on newegg.com KV7 is available for 68 while NF7-S is available for 100 bucks. I can see that NF7-S has better sound. I got Audigy 2 and dont care about sound. I wanted to know if you guys think its worth spending the extra 30 bucks on the mobo?
Or should I just get KV7 and get a faster processor instead of NF7-S and 2500+?
Any input will be greatly appreciated since I am totally confused right now.

The regular NF7 is an option for about $78 if you don't need the sound, sata, or IEEE1394a...I forget what else...but those are the main things.

The 2500+ mobile and NF7-S are a dream setup for overclocking. There isn't much you could upgrade on the cpu, without going to the desktop chips, which are now multiplier locked, so you don't want one anyway.
