I cant get the case temp thing to stay in the tray. I keep seting it to show always, but then it goes back to hide when inactive. Anyone else had this problem?

You mean when you try to do Customize and set it to "Always Show"?
Maybe update your system via WindowsUpdate if you haven't already?
