Ut2004 Wont Load

I just installed the game and when i try to execute it I get the square box you see at first (the one that says unreal 2004) well i am thinking the game should start after this like every other game but it wont. My system specs are below and they are more than enough seeing as i played the demo. i have already tried to uninstall and reinstall and i still get the same thing. plz help.

Check out this thread and see if that helps out any. People were having the same problems as you before.
