It's a 530watt fortron

Alright, for starters I'm runng this off my psu:
A64 3000+ @ 2.22ghz 1.7V
radeon 9800 w/80watt pelt
2x256mb DDR 400 @ 220mhz 2.8V
one hard-drive
one DVD-rom drive
3 fans

My rails stay stable and everything, but it blows out some fairly warm air.

It can even get what I'd consider hot after a few hours of gaming.

Just wondering if you think I"m pushing it too hard? Should I consider putting is some higher flow fans in it to get rid of the heat?

If your voltages are like rocks you should have no problems. My Fortron gets pretty toasty before it kicks into high fan speed (mine is the BN model which has a single 80mm fan on a stock thermal 5/12v controller). If it bothers you then there is no harm in replacing the fan.
