say if i increase the Voltage from 1.5 to 1.7v with a VGA silencer installed on a 9800Pro will i get a pretty good clock..is it safe??

Since you reference 1.5v as the starting point, I'm assuming that your refering to the AGP voltage setting in your motherboards bios. DO NOT increase the voltage on your AGP bus. It won't do anything for your overclock whatsoever and will only result in instability and possible hardware damage.

If your talking about doing a Vmod on the 9800pro itself, I apologize since thats a different ballgame. A game which I know nothing about.
