Lagging WinXP pro

Lagging WinXP pro


for some reason now i tried to open nero, and after clicking on vcd to create it crashes. everything else seems to open and run slower than before. i scanned for virus's and did a spybot search for other registry prob....

im not sure about the nero problem, try updateing it? and maybe its your format just getting old...might be time to reformat

yeah i think i may need to reformat... i hd having to installit all again..
