How to overclock on 865 board

I do not know if it possible to overclock a 865 board, but if it is , I need assistance.

Im sure you are going to need more infomation that i provide, since i am new to the whole overclocking stuff.

Intel 2.8 E 1mb l2 cache
Intel 865 board (do not know if its overclocker)
Mushkin 512 pc 3200 (1 stick)
GeForce 4 Ti 4800 SE

And im sure you need cooling
I have a Aerocool DP-102 Limited Edition.

24k gold plated, copper inside. Dual fans, and im running at 35c

Any other information you need, I can provide.

Intel boards cant be Overclocked, unless you use a software utility such as SoftFSB or a few others. Most of those wont work either.

does softFSB work?
