I just got a NB cooler for my rig and need to bleed my system. Being the first one I have ever done, whats the best way to do it? Is there a period of time to let it draw out or something? Thing is it goes through 2 connectors in one of the pci openings, and I cant just remove it all.

Well if you don't want to remove it, then the best thing to do is to not put your computer hardware in until you have leak tested, just leave the H2O parts dangling while you twist, raise and lower parts to get the large bubbles out. Once you're satisfied with the leak test and adequate air removal, then install your hardware again and fire it up.
