Optimizing for Dual Xeon

I just put the latest linux release on my dual xeon box to start crunching on extra cycles. Is it better to run multiple instances with HT or any other settings I should change? Thanks.

I run four instances of folding with my dual xeon box. It seems to crank out the workunits that way.

I assume those are HT Xeons. What kind of prod do you get out of those boxes?
