Converting mobile xp to mp cpu's?


Does anyone know the correct way to convert athlon mobile xp to mp (multi-processor) cpu's?

I'm a little confused on the correct method to convert mobile to mp processors. Some say connect the last bridge on the L5 and some say cut the 3rd bridge on the L5. Can someone clarify which is the correct method? Thanks.

Oh and another thing. If you have to cut the bridge do you have to just scrape the top surface between the 2 pins or do you have to dig deeper into the surface?
