this is the wrong section to be asking someone to do this for you, but you might ge lucky and someone imght hjelp you, i'd do it but my program isnt working atm. Avatar

Thats the best i can do while keeping it under 10kB, the max size for an avatar (i had to delete some frames)

I tried to use it but it's 250bits to big yet.

This one should fit, i cropped out the top and bottom, and made the frames slower
