How to manually overclock on the P4C800-E dlx

How to manually overclock on the P4C800-E dlx i goto manual and there is the cpu feq thats at 200 and i can't change that and there is some other things. can someone tell me how things manual thing works??

Go into the bios then to advanced then jumper free configuration and change A1 tuner to manual then all the options will appear, then to increase FSB use + - keys, then you can also change all the others from auto if you wish, then go to chipset and change dram timing by SPD from enabled to disabled and you will get all the options for your memory, hope that helps.
