I ordered a BIX shroud from them early last week. Honestly, my ordering process from them went smoother than anything I have ever had with Newegg. I was extremely pleased with Cooltechnica. I even payed with Paypal and it only took 1 day for them to receive the funds and my item was out the door on its way to my house.
