Hi guys,
well, after a long wait finally I've OCed a P/// 650E cB0 Slot1 (6.5 x 100) of a friend, rising directly the Fsb to 133Mhz trought Bios, gaining a good 866Mhz rock stable without any voltage increase (1.65v) and with a temp of 2-3 degree C up to the rated speed, I suppose that it can go more up, but the mem module aren't good enought to try 150Mhz or more :)

Thanks guys,
I've just setted mem's on 3-3-3 coz aren't rated for cas2 @133Mhz, only with the old chip, a Celeron 500Mhz, works great with cas2, but we know all depends by the Fsb on 66Mhz :)

Man get yourself some good ram while it is cheap and see how far it will go. I have two slot 1 P3's. A 750@1000 and a 600 @900 the 750 nedds 1.90 to be stable and the 600 needs 1.80. I have an Alpha P3125 on the 750 and a Global Win VOS-32 on the 600 and with full load they both stay well undr 40c, the Alpha is a little better but morre $$$$.

Thanks for your info,
but there's nothing to rise the Vcore into the Bios Settings or Jumpers on the Mobo, so it's very difficult to gain more higher freq's from this chip, also with better mem modules :)
