How come i cant break 325 mem clock??

I have 9800np flashed to pro when i got it. Used atitool0.19 and the mem clock cant get over 325 with stock fan. core goes up to 398 so its not bad isnt it? Any reason you suggest?
by the way i have pc133 ram 800 some meg and 1.5g p4.

Do you know what type of memory it is and what ns, what make card it is? do you have ram sinks and how did you flash to a pro if you cant even get the memory to 325?
you can se my clock speeds on my 9800np in my sig but i cant flash mine to pro because i have infineon memory and i have ramsinks and i use a vga silencer.

how do you check? whats ns?

As i said type the code down that is on the memory or you wont know.

either INFIN, SAM, or HYN. it's one of those.
