Vantec Ion 400w - yay or nay?

I'm going to throw it in a system similar to the one in my sig (hopefully). Does anyone have experience with it?

Vantec is good, but I'd rather spend a few more $ and get this 400 watt Sparkle.

I can get the Vantec for around $40 locally - that's why I'm looking at it over a fortron or antec.
