best drivers for IQ are the 4.4 catalysts, and best for performance are the 3.5 catalysts :)

keep in mind those are only for the XP OS, if you have another version of windows you will need to goto the ati.com website to get them.

This will depend on

1. What core you have and memory chips that are on the 9800
2. What the stock voltage is on the GPU (some are low some are high...the higher ones do not OC that well)
3. Cooling you are using on the 9800
4. You system case temps
5. What motherboard you run
6. What PSU you run

These are just a few factors...far from all of them...

I have a 9800 Pro that can OC up to 500 core...with no v mods...but a modded VGA cooler...but still...I lucked out on mine...

well i have actually a 350 psu
and one 120 mm fan at front of the cas and one 80 mm at the back of the case, i dont know my temps and i have the normal cooler that came with the card

The R350 is a good sign...but the major hurdle will be the stock core voltage on the R350...if it is low...like 1.6 or so...then odds are you could possible have a 9800 Pro that could equal that of mine...if its high...like 1.7+...then odds are 430 or so might be the max on the core...

What memory is it using...

or one like mine that gets 450/380 with stock cooling. I woula aim 4 around 420/350-360 those r the averages that i have seen u might get lucky and get a steller card like glocks and mine. As 4 drivers i like the cat 4.4's. Some have reported artifactin with the 3.5's and 3.7s that they don't get with the 4.x. The 4.4 omega's lower the score by a "little" bit nothing much that is if you are benching. I would run the cat 4.4's
