Does the ASUS SK8V K8T800 have vga/pci lock??

I plan to get an opteron an clock the crap out of it but need to know if it's even possible. I have no idea why people buy FX's when opterons are half the price.

Here's my proposed new system.

ASUS "SK8V" $180
OCZ platnium 2-2-2 PC3200 ECC/Registerd 1024MB $280
ATI x800xt video maybe $450

No locks. The newer revision of the via chipset has locks, but no boards have been announced yet beyond the reference 940 board that has been reviewed a couple of times this week.
