Ok, so today I had some free time on my hands and i cleaned out my computer. So i reconnect all of the wires to see if my fans work. So i turn on the comp and it works. I turn it off again and turn it on again to see if it posts and bam....it turned out for about 1/2 second and then it turned off. The hdd didnt even have time to spin. So i recheck every thing and reset comos. But still nothing. any suggestions??

Did you happen to move the heatsink around? That same thing happened to me when my heatsink wasn't fully on the cpu.

Reseat all of your connections(including PCI and AGP cards) and make sure that nothing is improperly connected. I've seen a variety of similar conditions ranging from case to wiring problems, and one bad PS.
