Setting multipliers on AI7 mobo

I happen to have an unlocked 3.06Ghz P4.

How do i get the BIOS to let me change the multiplier??? It defaults to 16X100 and only runs the proc at 1.6GHZ.

Any suggestions?

Change the CPU clock setting to "user define" and that should ungray the frequency and multiplier settings.

I am not given the option to adjust the multiplier, it does not show up in the menu. I have tried several different versions of the BIOS and they won't let me see the option to change the multiplier. I got into it once by clearing the CMOS and immediately going into BIOS, then i updated the BIOS and lost it again.

i figured it out!!!
Press F1 when you boot the system and themgo into BIOS and you will get the multiplier option!!!
