The timings are a little slow for an AMD setup but you sure will be able to mark off your RAM as a bottleneck when finding your limit. I would say go for the OCZ EB series. Its doing some amazing things at decent voltages.
 
their EL stuff aint bad either, got these sticks to 240, 2.5,2,3,11 on 3.0v... They'll go higher as well for sure, but prime appears to crap out.. (ram 100% stable in memtest)
 
I posted this memory a whial back in cyber deals becaue it was CHEAP at bestbuy, and a few people went out and got it the next day and said it ran like crap in dual channel mode.
