Prime95 and Folding errors

I am getting errors in both programs when I push my FSB past 200. Its not shutting down and otherwise running well. What are some things I can do to see what component is causing the errors?

My Vcore is at 1.8 and my temps are still pretty good so I can up the voltage if thatll help. My timings are at 11 3 3 2.5

I am using the system in my sig and its at 2295MHz. My VCore is at 1.87. The multiplier is at 11 and changing it makes no difference. All my voltages are maxed out except for my vid card cuz I have passive cooling on it.
