What video format can PS2 read on a CDR?

Hey guys. I have a lot of videos ive made on my own. Mainly 10-15mins each. I dont have the money for a DVD burner, nor do i have a good DVD player.. Id like to be able to give out some of these, since theyre class projects and copying them to VHS is annoying.

I noticed nero can do a MiniDVD... is that what im looking for?

Basically, the way i see it, why cant i burn the DVD format to regular CDR?

I think what you are looking for is VCD. I'm not sure if Playstation 2 can read VCD's but it's worth a shot.

Im pretty certain it cant handle VCD...its really picky....
