how much differnce do you think will be in temps at full load when im oc'd b/w the thermalright nb1 and wcing the chipset with a dtek fsb wb or a polarflo nb block or a maze 4 chipset wb??

It depends on how much heat the chip is putting out, but if you're running a Nforce 2 or 865/875 I'd bet you could drop temps by 5-10C.

so you are saying that if i were to wc then the temps would go down about 5-10c??
-so how much would they go down if i upgraded to the thermalright nb-1??

They could (key word) go down by 5-10 compared to the NB1 or something equivalent. Compared to stock cooling the difference will be a bit greater. Both water cooling the NB and/or a aftermarket NB cooler will significantly lower the chipset temperatures.
