NewEgg won't specify which type your getting, nor will they let you request a specific stepping. PC Supply Source allows you to choose specific steppings and pack dates, but that doesn't guarantee your choice will be a 12 or 30 cap CPU. Both SL6WU and SL6WK come in 12 and 30 cap versions.

I have bought two at pcsupplysource.com.
They allow you to choose a stepping for $8 extra. Just specify the stepping in the 'Notes' when you complete the order and you will get an email shortly afterwards, telling you you will be charged $8 extra. I got an sl6wu 30 cap and an sl6wk 30 cap from them. The sl6wk (pack date March 9 2004) is BY FAR the better overclocker (see sig)

I think you should be able to see your cpu stepping with CPUZ http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php
