Only downside on the XFX compared to the Gainward is no dual DVI, GDDR3, or single slot.

You dont need the gddr3, cause the 5900xt's have the 256-bit mem while the 5700u has only 128-bit. This one doent have the dual DVI, but it is single slot, a buck more, and still the 256-bit bus. Not that they 5900s have a 128-bit mem do they?

That 5900 SE has lower clockspeeds than the XFX posted (which is at 800MHz mem compared to that evga's 700MHz). And to add to that, the actual evga card doesn't come with heatsinks on the memory like the image newegg shows.
