Problems w/ Tv-Out on a R9600

Hello,guys!
I have a problem,maybe u can help me out.

I can't get the picture to my TV,it's all just a black screen.The weird thing is that it worked 2 months ago and it suddenly stopped working.
I enabled "Extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor" in the Advanced Settings,but when i hit "Identify" the only number that appears is "1" on my computer monitor,the TV has a black screen.
The last time it worked the TV had a blue screen instead of black.
I must add that the Tv works well,because I tried other devices on that RCA and they all worked well,so it's not a TV problem.It's either a hardware or a software problem.

What can be wrong?
