Is my monitor dieing?

I have a dell 21" flatscreen CRT monitor that I love to death. I bought it off ebay a couple years ago and it has been a dream come true. However I am now having an issue where the very top and very bottom both in the center and to the right side are starting to get blurry. Does this mean my baby is dieing?

It very well may be, sorry man, but hey it means you get to buy a 'new' baby, hopefully you got the extra cash though.

i might just have to get a 18 inch dell ultrasharp.
