does this mean that future computers will know when you're frustrated, and thus stop working in order to see you get more frustrated?
Or that if a computer sees that you're mad with it, it will start working properly??

That's dumb. If I get mad at my computer it's usually something that's my fault in the first place.
It's just a tool, not a pet or a companion or any other animate object. It may respond to input, but so does a microwave oven or a VCR.
