I'm using a ASUS P4S533 with Intel 1.8G PC2700 512MB

I just brought a new PC2700 512MB stick,
when I installed it, and run the Prime95,
errors has been found

FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.4993058145, expected less than 0.4
Hardware failure detected, consult stress.txt file.

but when I remove either one of the memory stick,
p95 runs stable. I even try another memory stick of my frined's
and problem still occur...
does that mean something wrong with my motherboard?
