1X128 stable 2x128 Unstable

when I use 1X128meg Pc-133 @150mhz bus its completely stable but w/ 2...I get crashes like crazy? I tried both sticks 1 at a time ans its stable. I swapped both sticks. Used different dimms. Upped the I/O voltage. Whats going on here?

if moving them into different slots dosent work, you may want to consider getting a name brand 256mb chip, like Crucial or Corsair

I think it has to do with the increased capacitance when you have more chips to address.

Some BX board setups can only work with 1 DIMM past a certain speed. I guess going with a 256MB 133C2 Crucial DIMM would be best here. Given that you're using generic 133C3 which is probably barely capable of _that_ you should get more mhz out of it, and running at cas2 is a few % faster clock for clock...

1 stick will always overclock faster than 2..try backing off your memory settings a little.
