P4C800 Deluxe and it's bios

I went to another thread and they were talking about versons of bios (1010, 1011, 1014, 1015, 1017 Beta) I wanted to update my bios since I got this board a year ago with no updates . 2 questions, were do I find this website (im not a complete dumbass, its at Asus's site, but where) and, how do you update your bios (flashing your mobo to different drivers). Thanks for all your help.

Find you mobo at the asus's website then on top left corner it says "Download" click on that and it will open another window with all the drivers/bioses etc... Download Afudos and any bios to your hard drive and extract them to a bootable disk....

Looking from you sig you're lucky to hit 3.5Ghz with 2.6C...I can only get mine to 3.3Ghz....

Is that the real vcore or the flux it already did at 1.85V in bios?
