P4 Xeon Wierdness

So my friend was asking about upgrades for his PC, i asked him to run CPUz so i would have an idea of which Mobo / CPU he had.

These Screenies are what came back its wierd, because its a P4 1.7 but its reading as a Foster Xeon its most odd

Any Ideas whats going on?

thats wierd because the vcore reading is also the stock vcore for foster cpus... except that xeons have level 3 cache. im confused too, but i think the i850 chipset was for P4... idk im confused
