I have a 9800 pro and the heatsink is heal in my thise black pins.. I tried pinchingh them carefuly with pliers and the hs never popped off. How am I supposed to get it off.

Heatsink Removal

Pinch them and slowly push them upwards.
Because of the thermal paste used, there might be a weak bond from the heatsink to the gpu/ram.
A little bit of force should wiggle this loose and allow you to remove. If that is still too much try applying some heat (with a hairblower etc) to help loosen it.
