Red eye reduction in Photoshop 7.0

can anyone tell me the most simple way to reduce red eye in a picture with photoshop 7.0...thanks

zoom into the red part of the eye. and then clonesteamp over some pigment that is not redded out.

this is the manual way, but the best way to do it
