Setting up user accounts

I was wondering how I can disable access to C:/ drive so that each user can not snoop around and delete anything? What I mean is, When a user is logged into their account, they can not click on my computer/ C drive and snoop around. How do I disable this?

1st make sure they are in Users' Group not administrator
you can do that different ways by using control panel then manage users or you can hit start + R and run lusrmgr.msc

also if your OS is in NTFS you can set who can read, write & execute files
