g4 4600 HS mod help

I have a p4 HS left over from an upgrade and was thinking of using it to cool my gpu has anyone modded a stock p4HS to a geforce 4 ti 4600? HS is a thermal take fan with a aluminum HS. Im curious on how you mount it and if there is a need to increase the voltage because of the fan size. Hopefully this mod will allow me to pass 318/729 on the vid card. I dont have any ram heatsinks do those help that much?
