Corsair PC2700LL @ 400fsb possilbe?

Hi all, right now I have one stick 512MB Corsair PC2700 Low Latency v1.1([email protected]). What do I hafta do to reach 400fsb in terms of voltage and timings. Is my memory even capable of reaching 400fsb, i'm not positive on what kinda chips it uses, but i think it might be BH-6. I was thinkings [email protected]?

My old kingston hyper x hit 200mhz at 2.5-3-3-11 timings

I can't seem to get the heatsink off without breaking it, is that normal?

Could I still get [email protected] at 400fsb?
