TV Tuner other than ATI version

Hi i have a ati pci tv tuner card in my pc and it worked before but the software is very buggy. It likes to freeze and only plays out of one speaker. Can i use another software that will still enable me to watch tv from this card?

I heard that Beyond TV is quite good, not sure if it would work well with ATI cards though, being that they don't decode with hardware. sorry, sounds like you are sort of out of luck. take it back if you still can and get hauppauge pvr-250, much better from what i've heard

I use WinDVR 3 by Intervideo. It's a very nice, full-featured program.

Do you have an Intel with HT? Because I have the ATI TV Wonder Remote and an Intel w/ HT, but it always freezes on me. Found out from ATI that it's software conflicts with HT and you need to download a patch from them.
