is 1.65v too much?
also replaced the psu with antec true power 550w
 
Congrats! I'd say 1.65 is just about right, that is the max I am going for when I get my 30-cap 3GHz. Nice job. Don't forget to update the sig with your victory ;)
 
Crap i was running tests and tweaks and i cannot get it to prime right :(
Any thoughts? Any extra tricks i can pull out of my sleeve?
 
I would check your memory timings, they make a huge difference. I didn't see what they were if you were running like pc3200 with tight timings at 5/4 or pc4000 1/1 with loose timings just make sure to be doing one or the other.
