9500Pro, Inf 3.3's & Artic Silencer what kind of OC #'s?

I have the above mentioned and have found the core peak of 380 (390 starts artifacting) but not the mem peak yet (still climbing). I currently have the mem at 310 and no artifacting yet. This is using the latest Omega Driver and Radlinker.

Does 380 seem decent for that core?
How much more can the mem take?

Most importantly.....
how big of incriments should I raise the mem speed at a time? 5, 10, etc....

And of equal importance.......
When should I raise AGP voltage in my bios? How much is too much?

That's about the same as me and I get 16,600 in 3dmark2001se, to get much beyond that you would need to volt mod the core and memory( not worth it to me as you still only have 1/2 the pixel pipelines as a 9700pro so even more core/memory can only help so much, don't get me wrong I love mine and it's a great card but it's at it's limit in mine,next will be an x800pro or atleast a 9800xt.
